Event Update For 2020-08-30

http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

Quote: "The bodies of 11 elephants have been found in a Zimbabwe forest – with no clear sign of what killed them."

Quote: "Only elephants were affected, no vultures or any other animals were affected. Initial tests show that it is not cyanide. We are also ruling out poachers because the tusks were intact."

Quote: "The mysterious deaths of the elephants in Zimbabwe appears similar to the deaths last month of more than 275 elephants in neighboring Botswana. Scientists are still investigating the deaths of the elephants in Botswana’s Okavango Delta area and poaching, poisoning and anthrax have been ruled out."

Note: They haven't ruled out hydrogen sulfide poisoning, just human-caused poisoning like cyanide. There is no clinical test for hydrogen sulfide poisoning. So now we have large mammals in at least two different areas mysteriously keeling over dead. Like the exploding methane craters in Siberia, this is one of those things where once you see it happen once, it's probable that it's going to happen again and again, and here we go...

Confronting a climate crisis that threatens the fossil fuel industry, oil companies are racing to make more plastic. But they face two problems: Many markets are already awash with plastic, and few countries are willing to be dumping grounds for the world’s plastic waste.

Scientists induce psychedelic-like experiences from a placebo alone
    https://www.sott.net/article/440679-Scientists-induce-psychedelic-like-experiences-from-a-placebo-alone

"We have other evidence that people can have psychedelic-like effects without taking the drug. For example, in the case of 'contact highs' in which people feel the effects of drugs merely by being around people who have consumed the drug. Or, other people have reported having experiences after taking fake drugs, such as after consuming empty blotter paper rather than LSD. We thus thought that with the right context, we may be able to promote strong placebo psychedelic effects."

We have known for a long time that 'set and setting' — mindset and expectations — can strongly influence the psychedelic experience.

The researchers also found those who had never used a psychedelic drug were more likely to report feeling some effect from the placebo. Half of those with a previous psychedelic experience reported effects, compared to 70% of those with no previous psychedelic experience. [more]

Buy Lots Of Food And Store It Some Place Safe, Because Very Difficult Times Are Approaching

I’m just going to be very blunt with you. Things have already gotten quite crazy, but they are going to get even crazier. Global food supplies have already gotten tight, but they are going to get even tighter. When even the UN starts using the word “biblical” to describe the famine that the world is facing, that is a sign that the hour is very late. Thankfully, we are not facing famine in the short-term here in the United States, but “temporary shortages” of certain items have already been popping up, and food prices are aggressively shooting higher. A 'Tidal Wave' of Power Cuts May Be Coming as Electric Companies Resume Shutoffs
    https://www.yahoo.com/news/tidal-wave-power-cuts-may-143846628.html

For people who lost jobs or income during the pandemic, life has been a series of terrifying deadlines. There was July 24, the end of a federal eviction moratorium from government-backed housing, which had protected about one-third of renters. There was July 30, when a program providing an extra $600 in weekly unemployment benefits expired, reducing the incomes of tens of millions of Americans.

Now, the beginning of September looms as yet another deadline as utility companies resume cutting power to customers who have fallen behind on their bills. In some states, moratoriums preventing them from doing so are ending, and in other states, utility company pledges to keep customers connected are winding down. Residents in Ohio, Florida, Maryland, Indiana, and Illinois are all at risk of shutoffs in early September; shutoffs can resume in late September or October in North Carolina,Tennessee and Texas. Alaska villagers use vehicles to light runway for medevac
    https://www.yahoo.com/news/alaska-villagers-vehicles-light-runway-124245929.html

Residents of a remote Alaska village scrambled just before midnight to help save the life of a child, jumping into their vehicles to light up a pitch-black runway as a medical transport plane circled overhead.

People were running around in pajamas to help out, said Ida Nelson, who lives near the runway in the Southwest Alaska village of Igiugig. She had just gotten out of a steam bath herself when she heard the sound of the plane, and noticed that the runway lights weren't on. She took her ATV to the runway a few hundred yards from her home as a neighbor made 32 phone calls requesting help.

“That’s pretty much almost every household in this village. Pretty much every cell phone here,” Nelson said.

The medevac pilot circled as Nelson and others on the ground coordinated via phone and radio and staggered cars, trucks and all-terrain vehicles down the length of the runway, using their headlights to show the pilot where to land Friday night, Alaska’s Energy Desk reported.

The child was safely evacuated to Anchorage. [more]

Hahn made the pledge after a series of recent public missteps involving the FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention — two of the federal agencies critical to the U.S. coronavirus response — which have damaged their reputations at a time when they are needed the most, according to seven prominent doctors and scientists who spoke to NBC News.
