Event Update For 2020-07-22

http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

  1. TGIF Jonny, and everyone reading JJFH. What a week. Hurricane season ramped up "sooner than expected" and both heat and large, gusty thunderstorms rolling across the country.

Meanwhile the retail apocalypse continues and more people keep losing their jobs. This indicates that by year end we'll be in deep(er) shit. This being an election year (not that voting even does anything, what with remote 'back-door' access to most voting machines) but the outcome (either way) could spark rioting and chaos.

Covid keeps messing up any plans to get "back to normal" - as if THAT'S ever gonna happen again. Already the banking system is overwhelmed (but they ain't sayin') and the entire monetary system is breaking down all over the world. Countries keep chasing gold and other precious metals, but the only thing that is going to count is FOOD, which will be in ever shorter supply as we move along toward collapse.

Lest we forget, looming along with all this is global warming, which gets worse every year (in its affects).

The Numbers Tell Us That The ‘Economic Recovery’ Is Dead And Businesses Are Failing At A Staggering Pace
    http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/archives/the-numbers-tell-us-that-the-economic-recovery-is-dead-and-businesses-are-failing-at-a-staggering-pace

Even though economic conditions were absolutely awful, during the month of June the mainstream media kept insisting that the U.S. economy was “recovering” and the stock market kept surging on every hint of good news. But now the “economic recovery” narrative is completely dead, because the numbers clearly show that the U.S. economy is rapidly moving in the wrong direction. On Thursday, the Labor Department announced that another 1.416 million Americans filed new claims for unemployment benefits last week. Prior to this year, the all-time record for a single week was just 695,000, and so we are talking about a level of unemployment that is absolutely catastrophic. But what is really alarming many analysts is that the number for last week was quite a bit higher than the number for the week before. Many states are rolling out new restrictions as the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases continues to surge, and this is having a huge impact on economic activity. For months I have been warning that fear of COVID-19 would prevent economic activity from returning to normal levels for the foreseeable future, and that is precisely what has happened.

Overall, more than 52 million Americans have filed new claims for unemployment benefits over the past 18 weeks, and that makes this the biggest spike in unemployment in U.S. history by a very wide margin. [more]

  2. "Our Indicator Is Flashing A Warning Sign": Insider Selling Soars To Near Record Highs
    https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/our-indicator-flashing-warning-sign-insider-selling-soars-near-record-highs

Back in mid-March, when the S&P was crashing and just days before the Fed completed its nationalization of the bond market when it announced Unlimited QE and corporate bond purchases, we responded to those asking who is "buying while there's blood in the streets" with the following simple answer: corporate insiders.

Indeed, at a time when most hedge funds were panic selling, executives - who know their company prospects better than literally anyone else - were hitting the clearance rack and buying shares of their own companies at what Bloomberg called a "breakneck" pace, with total insider buys outpacing sales by the most since 2011.

Four months later, with the S&P now back to just a whisker away from all time highs, and a handful of tech stocks at never before seen levels...insiders have had enough and, confirming that valuations are in some cases even beyond dot com levels, have turned from rabid buyers into sellers with data from The Washington Service showing that nearly 1,000 corporate executives and officers have sold shares in their own companies this month, outpacing insider buyers by a ratio of 5-to-1.

The way I’m using it is, I’m more comfortable selling some of my winners. We still don’t trust the market’s recent recovery." [more]

Lockdowns have not had a big impact on coronavirus death rates around the world, scientists have claimed.

Dozens of countries have been forced to tell people to stay home and close shops in a bid to stop the Covid-19 pandemic since it broke out in January.

But now a study has claimed the drastic measures don't even work. They found whether a country was locked down or not was 'not associated' with death rate.

Instead the health of each nation before the pandemic largely played a role, including obesity rates and age. [more]

Today, after more than two and a half centuries of fossil fuel use, that figure is around 414 parts per million (ppm). If the build-up of CO₂ continues at current rates, by 2080 it will have passed 560 ppm – more than double the level of pre-industrial times.

However it plays out, the global masses should expect the widespread proliferation of COVID-19 vaccines within the next year. This is no longer only an issue of public health, but is now a geopolitical instrument of power for various governments to wield against one another and their own citizens alike. The epidemic has been politicized and there's no going back to the innocent assumption that the world might work together "for the common good" to fight this disease.
