There's another one on the way apparently. Winter is far from over.

Tom Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4388504906915444063.post-45103922047040526172015-01-26T15:52:07.780-06:002015-01-26T15:52:07.780-06:00Hope you don't get three feet of snow where yo...Hope you don't get three feet of snow where you are! I'd say that's hard to imagine, but it's not that hard. I went up into the mountains where the giant sequoias are in California, in January 2011, and, uh, I got lost, and the snow was deeper than 6 feet in some places. I thought I was gonna die lost on that mountain, but I used my brain, diverted off all paths and headed straight up the mountain until I fell onto a road, and an older couple driving by took pity on me and drove me to my van. So I know what six feet of snow looks like, and I imagine three feet looks pretty similar.Jonny Mnemonichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06516458612879773986noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4388504906915444063.post-54421498643281397582015-01-26T11:58:14.411-06:002015-01-26T11:58:14.411-06:00Made it, ['whew']!

Well here we go with the big snow -coming down lightly this morning, so i got to the college okay, but since i've been here the snow's picked up (fine flakes, not much wind) and it's getting noticeably colder. They're sayin' the worst will be from tonight through tomorrow as far as accumulation. i'm cool with that.

The two incidents you reported in PA (accident on 322 in East Brandywine - REAL close to my residence; and Pequea Twp is where my oldest son and his family live) jolted me a bit.

How about that bait house goin' up in flames?
